Angie George

Angie began her career in 1984 as a Real Estate Closing Processor.   In 1989 she transitioned to a title company as a Marketing Representative, in addition to working as a Mortgage/Real Estate Closer.

In 1994 Angie and Lori took a leap of faith and went for their dream of owning and operating their own full-service title company, the beginning of Home Security Abstract & Title Co.

They launched by opening offices in Elk River and Princeton, with the Milaca location following 2 years later.

Angie believes the key to the success of Home Security Abstract & Title is that as a company, everyone is committed to our customers.   The goal is to make a connection with every customer.

Everyone has a different storyline.  And we are thankful we have been a part of those stories.

Lori K. Troseth

Lori began her career in the Title Insurance Industry back in 1984 and has served in every area of the Title Industry, building and developing the skills needed to ensure clients receive the very best service and confidence they deserve in every transaction.

In 1994 Lori along with her partner Angie opened “Home Security Abstract & Title Co.” to protect and insure property buyer’s “most valuable asset,” their home, from the point of sale through their future ownership.

Lori believes that knowledge is paramount in this ever-changing industry and credits the success of Home Security Abstract & Title to the team of strong professionals they have assembled to represent their clients.

Having marked our 25th year in business we are thankful to have the support of our past clients and communities.  We couldn’t have done it without them!

Over 70 Years of combined title and closing experience.  There isn’t a title or closing obstacle we haven’t seen or solved to ensure a seamless closing for our clients.

2. Coronavirus Disinfected

We have taken great care to sanitize our three offices in Elk River, Princeton, and Milaca.  We also follow CDC social distancing protocols to help ensure a safe and seamless closing.

3. Coronavirus Pre-Signing

For peace of mind and to follow CDC protocols, we have implemented individual pre-signing as opposed to group closings and secured remote screen share to help answer questions.

4. Great at Communication

We routinely and proactively keep our clients updated and informed about the details of their title work and closing via phone, email and social media.

5. Flexible Scheduling

Although not always in our control, we strive to provide the closing date and time you prefer coordinating with your lender, real estate agent, builder and other parties to the transaction.
